Brockton Tire

Great service. I had a tire replaced and by the time I got home it was flat. I put on my donut and went back after I called them and the made it right. Replaced the tire without issue. I'd recommend them anytime.

I had a great experience at Brockton Tire. I was looking for affordable tires in Brockton, and this place exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the team was very professional, fast, and organized. But what really made the difference was the young lady who helped me — she was incredibly kind and attentive. I highly recommend asking for her. She took the time to show me different tire options, explained everything clearly, and even walked me through so I could personally choose the tires I liked. That made me feel confident and happy with my decision. She truly is the heart of the team — she helps you, shows you all the options, and handles everything smoothly. The whole experience was amazing because of her. On top of that, the service was quick, and they handled everything including tire installation, mounting, and balancing in one place. The prices are very fair compared to other tire shops in Brockton. If you’re looking for new tires, used tires, or tire repair in Brockton, go with confidence and ask for her — you won’t regret it. Excellent team and an outstanding experience.

I had my tire replaced at this place, and just one week later it broke without any damage from nails or external causes. This clearly reflects very poor product quality. When I went back to file a complaint, they refused to take responsibility and the service was unacceptable — they became upset and even raised their voices. I do not recommend this place. I want to clarify something regarding the owner’s response. At no point did they properly inspect the tire in detail. The claim that my rim was severely bent “behind the tire” is simply not accurate and was never shown or explained to me during my visit. If that had truly been the issue, it should have been clearly identified and communicated at the moment I returned with the problem. Instead, my concern was dismissed without a thorough evaluation. The tire failed just one week after installation under normal use, which still reflects poor product quality and lack of proper accountability. I stand by my experience. This was not handled professionally.

Bought a set of excellent used tires off Facebook marketplace. Not only were they dirt cheap but they mounted and balanced them FOR FREE within twenty minutes. This place is the real deal and don’t let looks deceive you. Place is so great and down to earth and full of honest blue collar workers it really deserves its own reality tv show if any producer ever reads this! A+

Now this establishment at first sight may seem rough around the edges, but trust and believe this little diamond in the rough business is all about tending to your vehicle's requirements when it comes to tires. Not only that, but the talent of the artist who did the wall montage layout has displayed an eye catching gritty collage of self experienced and mostly business related graphics should start his own classes or hopefully has a business already selling his work. Very economical, when pulling into the yard and being greeted by a staff person (please don't block the service bays with your vehicle) after parking your car considerately, workers are efficient and dutiful to the task given to address and make sure you have proper vehicular road traction. Thanks to the Brockton Tire owner and Staff.
